  • Indian Pow Wow

    The Navajo, Ute and Apache have Pow Wows in this area and the dances are very colorful. I toook some photos (indoors) with no flash and a telephoto lens. This made motion blur (in some cases) which I turned into artwork using Parinter Essentials 4 and Corel Paintshop Pro X2.

    Here it is! I call it "Wakka Wakka on a Joketree"! I used saturated color, drew it in chalk from the photo, then went to the painting side to paint out the background in a near-black acrylic. I then used woodcut effect, and lit it with lighting. Opinions?
