My PE4 started to act weird ( my pen drew on canvas without touching the tablet ) so I re-installed. Now I can draw alright but now the new problem. I am using Windows 7 Home. I have downloaded the patch for this. When I try to open PE 4, it will not launch; it just keeps circling and circling and circling and circling. Any suggestions? Thanks so much. terri
