This is the first picture on the Forum since my vacation. I'm glad to be back and I missed all of you. This is the Port of St. Joe in Florida. We actually stayed a little farther down the beach in smaller place called Cape San Blas. There will more pictures of it to follow. This was done with no additional color and a Camel Oil Cloner.

I suppose compromise is the answer, a cross between technical illustration, and a painting, and I reckon you have the balance about right, and a lovely memory of your vacation.
