This is the old days but, what it could be ig things keep going the way there going now. Done with detailed watercolor increase contrast fine camel brush and then pen & ink.

I agree - very nice composition - the touch of green on the truck and side of the building, and the red bit on the truck matching the building bring it together. Do you increase the contrast after it autopaints with the detailed watercolor and re-run it?
