    I did this one in gouache using the camel oil brush, and the sheer simplicity of the image appealed to me, the gentle curves of the tree rival that of any sculptor, nature is the greatest artist, and this mere mortal can only attempt a simplistic impression of what I see, but I derive great pleasure in doing so.
