Sorry to hear this. What kind of error are you getting? I am seeing 3 images in you gallery and I haven't changed anything with you gallery settings since you had uploaded those images.

I was talking to Mellisa in NY a couple of days ago and she was having trouble with this site too, not just the gallery but getting to view the cafe at all.

Are you getting this error only when trying to access your gallery page?

Can you try deleting the cookies from your browser and see if this helps?

Sutmae jennifer, I cleared all cookies and still cant upload. I can view my gallery but that error message comes up when i choose the option to add a photo to the gallery. Ive also cleaned the cache and history etc on the browser. Is this a safari thing again ? I dont see a problem with this browser on any other sites i visit, Strange eh ? Maybe i should create or you could create a new gallery and transfer the photos into it for me ? just a stab in the dark.

Didn't realise you were having this problem Ric, please ignore my suggestions that you should upload pix to your gallery! By the way I have a Safari browser which has worked OK for my gallery.

thanks anne, As it happens i cannot add photos to the gallery on the pc or mac laptop either, so i know it is not me now !

Can you try again now and let me know if there is any change? I have just reset your permissions to see if that fixes it.

Tried and failed jennifer, the same 'oops' message is coming up again as before

Darn, I was hoping that would have fixed the problem. There was someone on one of our other community sites that was having a similar problem, but it appeared to be rectified by having them delete the cached files of their browser in addition to the cookies. We are still investigating and I will let you know as soon as we know more.

I just cant understand how it was working before and isnt now. I havent installed any new software on the machines and have not even got anti-virus on the mac's. If it would help, would it be worth deleting my gallery and open a new one ? Thanks for the time your spending on this.

I don't want to delete this gallery as I would prefer to understand why it stoped working. In the meantime I will set-up a different gallery for you and I will add your currently uploaded content to it, I just haven't had a chance yet today to create it. I will drop you a line as soon as it's set-up.

Thank you Jennifer. I have also been working hard trying to figure out about the freezing of essentials brush drawer on my machine nad have found the answer. I will email you tonight with my findings. Can i continue to use the new gallery that you have set up for me even when you have found the problem to the old one ?
