Snowy Scene

    I sketched this picture over the weekend while we had a few feet of snow.  That was my inspiration!  I tried to keep the colors soft like a nice watercolor effect.

    this is just professional according to my eye.....i am so wanting to paint like this....the  gentle colors the  simple details like the smoke coming out of the chimney.... the blance of the trees. the hillside...defined by the touches of ambers ... the textures....especially in the sky... just love everything about it ...you get such a good feeling  looking at it...it would make such  a beautiful christmas card.  i love it.
