    Re: Disappearing Tutorials

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for sticking with me. I followed your instructions. Everything is there. I did the "drag and drop" into the IE Window and got only a blank screen again. Frustrating though this is, I'm not ready to give up!"

    Thanks,

    Deborah

    Hi Deborah:

Would you be able to let us know what other applications you have installed on your system.  Perhaps you could take a screen shot of your Add/Remove programs list if there are too many to list?

    Thanks!

    Wendy

    Re: Disappearing Tutorials

    Hi Deborah:

There's something else to try that may help your videos launch.  If you go to C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Painter Essentials 4\Resources\HTML\Videos and double click these 2 files, hopefully your videos will be there:

    - VideosLeft.html

    - VideosRight.html

You may get an error requiring you to allow blocked content - if you allow the blocked content, hopefully your videos will be there.

Please reply and let us know if this helped.

    Thanks!

    Wendy

    Re: Disappearing Tutorials

    Hi Wendy,

The screen still comes up blank. As far as a "Screen Shot' goes, I know how to put a screen shot into OneNote but not into here. If it helps, nothing was added after Corel Painter Essentials 4, and the only thing deleted was AOL.

    Thanks,

    Deborah
