    Hi Sheila,

    I see that you're having trouble getting up and running.

    Once you have signed in click on Show your creations heading.

    Then once on that Page click on write a new post.

    Compose your written blurb then go to Options Shows file attatchement then click on add update box.  Follow the prompts from there.
