    "Painted" Dolls

    I just wanted everyone to know that I am beginning on a special series this weekend. I am creating a series of "spirit dolls" to sell this fall, and as part of the series, I will be photographing each doll and creating an expressionistic "portrait" to put onto an item( like a T-shirt) in at my Zazzle site for a few days after the doll is sold. Whoever has bought the doll will have that amount of time to find the item on my website and email the title ( say, "Mariposa T-Shirt") to me so I can send it to them free (kind of like a treasure hunt!) What do you guys think of my idea?

    Thank you for the encouragement, Anne! I have about 300 items on Zazzle right now; I haven't sold many yet, but I've only been on a few months. I am presently getting the word out any way I can. My fan club is growing tho! I'm hoping this doll idea helps! If you or anyone else would like to help, just go to my site and hit the "promote this gallery' button. It will tell you how!
