ok, heres a bit of info for you. I clicked on my gallery and saw i could upload a photo. I went back to check the 3 photos and when i returned to try to upoad an image to it, I have got the oops message yet again ! Ive cleared cache, history, and cookies and still cannot get access. So if this is the new gallery jennifer, it seems i am being blocked as soon as ive visited the upload section once ! Strange.

Very, very strange, I haven't made any changes so I do not understand why it was briefly working. I have created a new gallery for you simply named "Ric". I did add the three images from your other gallery to this gallery, but it didn't work very well because it showed it was uploaded by me and had my picture so I didn't want people to think that I had created your paintings so I deleted them. Sorry, but it looks like you will have to re-upload the three images yourself.

Please let me know if you can access your new gallery and upload an image to it...

Thanks, I look forward to getting your e-mail on the brush drawer problem. Were you able to upload a file to the FTP site I sent you so we can try and duplicate it here? And yes, once we figure out the problem I will delete your old gallery and we will continue to use the new one.

The new gallery allowed 1 photo upload, I deleted it as it was a test. On the second attempt, the good old OOPS error came back !

Ugh. Between the first and second attempt did you close your browser, or was it within the same "session" that you uploaded that first image, deleted it, then tried to upload the second image. Also, since I know that you use both Mac and PC were you doing this from your Mac?

I see that there are still no images in your gallery, so I am assuming that you are still not able to upload images.

Hi jennifer, ive just looked and yes it is still there ( the oops message that is). Sorry i haven't got back to you but ive come to accept that it isn't going to work. Along with the problem of the brush drawer still sticking I have just accepted it now. I am not worried about it and dont think you should be either as no one else is having either of these problems. It may be contributing to my decrease of productiveness in essentials but Ive come to accept that now. Thanks for asking anyway.

Rick, can you please contact me through Private message and let me know your email address with as many details about your problem and your hardware / software configuration (operating system, browser, ...) so that I can investigate this further?
