Welcome to our forum Lady Sammy, I'm glad you also have found art to be therapeutic, you are not alone in suffering from chronic pain, and whilst I paint I am in a world of my own, some would say that's always been the case lol. In the meantime I look forward to your first masterpiece, you have posted in the wrong place, but if you suffer from fybromyalgia that will happen sometimes, and sometimes not, such is life.

I am new at computer "painting". I found the software Painter X wonderful after trying to use PSP 12 and even CS3 Adobe. I like painting and now to be able to paint any time without the setup, etc of regular painting well I love it. I have done three. One is a portrait on a person in our Chronic Pain Group. He loved his portrait I sent him. He died almost 2 weeks after receiving it.

When I am creating, my pain is almost forgotten. Creating is the one thing that I am still able to remember when my mind is in Fybro Fog. I have to thank all of you for this new medium.

The Canvas prints and the mugs is there a approximate price on those.

Painter will help you to create an image to use on your greeting card. However, to print your greeting card more easily you might want to use other software, such as a word processor or desktop publisher. With one of these applications you would be able to import the image you create with Painter Essentials, add text for the inside and back cover of the card, then print your card.

That seemed rather easy, but how would you go about doing the Inside of the Card, or is that another tutorial?
