Freehand Drawing with tablet and pen.
Here goes. The background was one I had already created unsing Corel Painter X. the rest is in Essentials 4 The Onion was drawn lightly with a 2B pencil adding a little shade to the areas I wanted to darken. I then chose a limited pallette goverened by the limited range of colours in E4 French Ultramarine, French Rose, Alizarin red, Fire engine red...

Ghost Rider in the Oklahoma Sky
I saw this as a statue in Tulsa - but the original photo was in black and white - so a wee bit of work was involved to make it into whatever was in my head, but it kept me out of trouble for a few hours. The painting was done in gouache, and then given a final airbrush to soften the brushmarks.
